Sanitary bins, including feminine hygiene bins from phs, are available as part of a complete liner exchange service, with the bins fully cleaned on-site before a new liner is inserted. Collected sanitary waste is diverted away from landfill and sent to Energy from Waste facilities, as part of the industry leading phs LifeCycle Strategy.
Waste collection is fully licensed and compliant with all waste management regulations, a full auditable waste trail is provided.
In April 2025, Landfill tax is set to increase by 21.6% per tonne. Your businesses can avoid this tax increase and opt for more sustainable offensive waste disposal by working with phs to divert your waste away from landfill. As part of the phs LifeCycle Strategy, instead of landfill, the waste we collect from our customers is sent to Energy from Waste facilities, where it is turned into a source of renewable energy for the national grid.
