Our Purpose, putting people at the heart of our products and services, has driven us to achieve remarkable milestones and foster positive change over the past year.

We aim to create a better environment for everyone, ensuring that our services and products truly benefit the people we serve. Our mission is to be a trusted partner, offering innovative solutions and excellent service. Our vision is to lead the way in sustainable and people-focused initiatives, setting a benchmark for excellence in our industry.
Key achievements over the past year
As we celebrate this significant anniversary, we reflect on some of the great initiatives and achievements we have accomplished:
1. Raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK: Our team participated in various activities like running, cycling, and golf challenges to raise money for our charity partner, Prostate Cancer UK. The enthusiasm and dedication of our employees have been instrumental in supporting this cause.
2. Supporting employee development: We have invested in our people by providing apprenticeships and other courses/programmes. These initiatives have enabled our employees to grow their skills and advance in their careers, reinforcing our commitment to their development.
3. DFN Project SEARCH scheme: By supporting young people through internships with the DFN Project SEARCH scheme, we have helped pave the way for future talent, offering valuable work experience and mentorship.
4. Dispose with Dignity campaign: Our Dispose with Dignity campaign has made significant strides in supporting men with incontinence in washrooms, ensuring they have access to dignified and hygienic solutions.
5. Period equality initiatives: We have continued our efforts to create period equality in schools, workplaces, and communities. Our initiatives aim to break the stigma around menstruation and ensure everyone has access to the necessary products and support.
6. Eco-friendly products: This year saw the launch of eco-friendly products designed to enhance the customer experience while promoting sustainability. These products align with our goal to minimise environmental impact.
7. Award-winning campaigns: Our dedication to our Purpose has been recognised through numerous awards, including awards for internal communication campaigns and our work on male incontinence.
8. 60th birthday celebration: Last summer, we celebrated our 60th birthday, marking six decades of innovation, service, and commitment to our Purpose.
9. The Blobcast podcast: We launched The Blobcast, a period podcast addressing stigmatised conversations about period pain, period shame, and affordability. This platform has been instrumental in raising awareness and fostering open conversations about periods.
10. Menopause Champions and Parent and Carers Network: We introduced Menopause Champions and a Parent and Carers Network to support our employees who need it most, ensuring they have the resources and assistance required to thrive both personally and professionally.
11. Equality in the workplace: Our Women in Leadership programme has empowered women to develop into senior roles, showcasing their talents and leadership abilities. We also released our Gender Pay Gap report. Transparency and equality are core to our values, and our Gender Pay Gap Report demonstrates our commitment to closing the gap and promoting fairness within our organization.
12. ESG Report: We launched our ESG Report, highlighting our environmental, social value and governance commitments. This report underscores our dedication to putting people first and maintaining transparency in our operations.
